Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist spots. The rooms were cozy with lovely views, although a bit small and lacking wardrobe space. The service was accommodating, but communication in English could be improved. Dining was convenient, and the facilities were well-kept.
My stay at the hotel offered a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; however, the noise from neighboring guests was quite disturbing, especially late at night. The property caters to families traveling via ferries and trains, although the different standards of appointment between towers were not clearly outlined on the site.
The hotel room was modern and freshly restored with a beautiful view to the ocean/skyline, although small in size. It was nice with two good beds and quiet for a restful stay. However, there was no view at all to enjoy.
The hotel offers spacious rooms for Hong Kong standards at a reasonable price. While the old tower may have smaller bathrooms without any special features, the rooms are comfortable with two good beds and a quiet atmosphere. The service, though efficient, lacks a bit of warmth. The location is convenient for shopping but a bit far from public transportation. The dining options are decent but could benefit from more main course selections. Overall, a nice choice for a stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are convenient for local transport, but not soundproof. The location is excellent for shopping and food tripping, with easy access to main attractions, yet a bit far from the metro. The service provided by the staff is very helpful and courteous, enhancing the overall experience. The dining options offer excellent Indian cuisine at a discount for credit card payments. However, there is no discount for buffet meals.
The hotel offers lovely views from rooms that are not soundproof, which may impact your sleep due to noise from other guests returning to their rooms. The closeness of the rooms without a gap adds to the challenge, but the convenient location and views are definite pluses.
